1. Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the applicable payment and confirmation from Shanti Kunjj.

2. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in time: 1:00 PM

• Check-out time: 11:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability.

3. Guest Responsibility

Guests are expected to:

• Maintain cleanliness and decorum

• Respect the property and surrounding environment

• Avoid excessive noise or disturbance

• Follow all property rules during their stay

Any damage caused to the property may be chargeable.

4. Occupancy

Only the number of guests mentioned during booking are allowed to stay at the property unless approved in advance.

5. ID Proof

All guests must provide a valid government-issued ID at check-in as per local regulations.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Illegal activities

• Use of drugs or prohibited substances

• Activities causing nuisance to neighbors or other guests

7. Force Majeure

Shanti Kunjj shall not be held responsible for cancellations, delays, or disruptions caused by natural disasters, road closures, weather conditions, government restrictions, or events beyond our control.

All content, images, and branding on this website are the property of Shanti Kunjj and may not be copied or reused without permission.

9. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings in cases of policy violations, misconduct, or incorrect booking information.
